Terms of Service and EULA

Every section marked **[COUNSEL]** needs a qualified Texas attorney's confirmation before this page is treated as binding. Until then it is a statement of intent. The game

Unionfall is an online game in development. Access is a licence to play, not a sale of software; we may change, pause or shut down services, and during alpha we may reset progression (see the Alpha Terms). Purchased cosmetic entitlements survive any progression reset.

Your account

One account per person; you are responsible for it. Do not share credentials, buy or sell accounts, or use another person's account.

Acceptable use

No cheating, automation, exploits or tampering with the client, server or network traffic.
No harassment, hate, threats, or sexual content involving minors. The Community Rules apply in every channel.
No real-money trading of in-game items or gold outside the systems we provide.

Moderation

We may mute, kick or ban accounts that break these terms, with or without notice, and may remove content. Bans can be appealed at hello@unionfall.com. **[COUNSEL]** appeal and dispute language.

Purchases

All purchases are optional cosmetic or convenience items; none grant competitive advantage (docs/decisions/no-pay-to-win.md). Refunds follow the Refund Policy. **[COUNSEL]** consumer-law wording per jurisdiction.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we exclude warranties and limit liability to what you paid us in the preceding twelve months. **[COUNSEL]** the whole of this section.
