Privacy Policy

Who we are

Unionfall is made by Unionfall Studios (LLC formation pending — roadmap m0-llc-formation). Contact: hello@unionfall.com. **[COUNSEL]** confirm the legal entity name once formed.

What we collect

Waitlist: your email address, and the time you confirmed it.
Accounts: an email address and a password hash held by our authentication provider (Supabase); we never see the password.
Play: your characters, progress, chat you send, and technical reports the client sends when something breaks (client-error reports include the page, the error text and a timestamp, never keystrokes).
Purchases: handled by our payment provider; we store the order id, what was bought and when. We never receive or store card numbers.

Analytics and cookies

The landing page records a small set of funnel events (page view, button clicks, waitlist submission) so we can tell what works. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking. **[COUNSEL]** confirm whether a consent banner is required for this set in our target jurisdictions.

Age

Unionfall presents as 13+. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13; if you believe a child has signed up, write to hello@unionfall.com and we will remove the record. **[COUNSEL]** COPPA wording.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from any email with the link in its footer. Ask for your data or its deletion at hello@unionfall.com; we answer within 30 days.
