About the game
Unionfall is a massively multiplayer RPG set in the Unbound States, a fantasy nation run like a government office. You arrive classless, get processed by the Adventurer Bureau, and choose one of seven careers — from Swordsman to Merchant — each a fantasy played straight. Combat is click-to-move with telegraphs that tell the truth: the ground shows every hit before it lands. Builds are permanent enough to mean something. The first 25 levels, a hundred-floor corporate tower, and a two-team lane battle are playable today, in a browser, with nothing to install. Free during alpha. No pay-to-win, ever.
The tower's floors are named Middle Management, Upper Management, and the C-Suite. The first training dummy wears a placard reading HOSTILE REPRESENTATIVE — PLEASE STRIKE RESPONSIBLY. This is the tone throughout. The combat is not joking.

Logo & key art

The kit download includes the logo on transparent and solid backgrounds, the hero painting, and portraits of all seven classes. Key art is concept art — it sets the tone and is not in-game rendering. Everything under “Screenshots” above is the real game.
Covering the alpha
- Record and stream freely. No permission needed, no NDA, no embargo. Monetized videos are fine.
- Label it alpha. Progress can be reset between tests and features will change; please say so when it's relevant.
- Disclosure. If we ever compensate you for coverage, that relationship must be clearly disclosed. Access is never conditioned on positive coverage — say what you actually think.
- Audio. The game's music and sound are original or licensed for the game; they are safe to include in videos.
AI-generated content disclosure
Written to match what actually ships, and kept consistent with our Steam content survey when the Steam page goes live:
- Art: concept art, class portraits, icons, and some textures are produced with image-generation tools working from hand-built reference sheets, then curated and edited by the developer. World layouts, models, and animations are hand-assembled.
- Audio: voice lines and music are generated with ElevenLabs tools and curated by hand.
- Code & design: written by the developer with AI-assisted tooling; every system is human-designed and human-reviewed.
- At runtime: the shipped game generates nothing with AI. No live AI content, no AI chat.
About the developer
Unionfall is built by Abrahan Chavez, a solo developer in Texas who grew up on Ragnarok Online and wanted the feeling back: a world that's cute without being soft, where a build is a decision and a town is full of people. The Bureau, the paperwork, and the tower full of middle management grew out of asking what a fantasy nation would actually be like to live in. Say hello at hello@unionfall.com — the Bureau answers faster than it files.
